Natalia Mierzwa was born on 17 August 1998 in Tomaszow Mazowiecki. She started to learn the violin at the T. Wronski Primary and Secondary State Music School in Tomaszow Mazowiecki, where her teacher was Magdalena Milczarek MA. She graduated with honours. She continued her education at the H. Wieniawski Primary and Secondary Music School in w Lodz with Mariusz Zielinski MA. She presently studies at the Ignacy Jan Paderewski School of Music in Poznan with Prof. Marcin Baranowski and Assistant Lecturer Joanna Kreft.
She was awarded prizes at numerous music competitions, such as:
- 3rd Prize at the 1st International Violin Competition, Cieszyn 2012
- Honourable Mention at the 5th Tadeusz Wronski Competition for Young Solo Violinists, Tomaszow Mazowiecki 2014
She took part in master classes and courses (e.g. in Baloszyce and Busko-Zdroj) with such renowned teachers as Prof. Marcin Baranowski, Prof. Krzysztof Jakowicz, Jakub Jakowicz PhD, Robert Kabara PhD, Prof. Łukasz Błaszczyk, Jefim Stinerman MA, Mariusz Zieliński MA and Janusz Gajownik MA.
Moreover, she participated in three editions of the “Sinfonietta” Youth Orchestra of the Lodz Region and in concerts of the “Colours of Poland” – Festival on the Move.
